All plans include the complete Yepsta Business OS. The difference is location capacity: Starter supports 1 location, Growth supports up to 5 locations, and Pro supports unlimited locations.

Are any Yepsta modules restricted by plan? +

No. Website, storefront, appointments, CRM, billing, POS, inventory, reviews, packages, memberships, staff tools, reports and other Business OS modules are included across all plans.

Which plan should a new business choose? +

Choose Starter for one location, Growth for up to 5 locations, and Pro if you operate or plan to operate more than 5 locations.

Can I change my plan later? +

Yes. You can upgrade as your business expands to more branches. Plan changes should be reviewed with the billing terms visible during checkout or invoicing.

Are WhatsApp and SMS credits separate? +

Yes. WhatsApp and SMS credits are billed separately based on usage, because message volume differs widely by business.

Are payment gateway charges and taxes included? +

No. Payment gateway, bank or third-party provider charges are separate from the Yepsta subscription. Applicable taxes may be added unless clearly included at checkout or on the invoice.
