Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Yepsta website, Yepsta Business OS, the business dashboard at https://in.yepsta.com, public business profile and storefront experiences, and related services provided by SakuCreations India (OPC) Private Limited.
By accessing the website, creating an account, subscribing to Yepsta, adding staff users, using the platform or continuing to use Yepsta after updates, you agree to these terms. If you use Yepsta for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
About Yepsta
Yepsta Business OS is a paid SaaS platform for Indian service businesses. It helps businesses manage websites and storefronts, appointments, calendars, staff scheduling, CRM, GST billing and POS, estimates and invoices, products and services, inventory, packages and memberships, gift vouchers and rewards, QR reviews and private feedback, WhatsApp orders, notifications, support and operational workflows.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into agreements and must use Yepsta only for lawful business purposes. You may not use Yepsta if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your use would cause Yepsta, its providers or other users to breach legal or regulatory obligations.
Accounts and Security
Business owners and administrators are responsible for account setup, staff access, login security and activity under their account.
- Provide accurate, current and complete account, business, billing and contact information.
- Keep login credentials confidential and use strong security practices.
- Manage staff users, roles, permissions and offboarding carefully.
- Notify Yepsta promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise or misuse.
- Accept responsibility for actions taken by owners, admins, staff and other users invited to the account.
- Understand that Yepsta may restrict, suspend or disable accounts for misuse, non-payment, security risks, legal risks, suspected abuse or breach of these terms.
Subscription Plans
Yepsta is a paid subscription product. Plan features, location limits, pricing, billing cycle and checkout details are shown on the pricing page, dashboard, invoice, proposal or checkout flow as applicable.
Current plans differ mainly by the number of business locations: Starter supports 1 location, Growth supports up to 5 locations, and Pro supports unlimited locations. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or on an invoice, current plans include Yepsta Business OS modules with plan-specific limits, usage rules or configuration limits.
WhatsApp or SMS credits, payment gateway charges, third-party provider charges, add-ons, implementation fees and taxes are separate unless specifically stated at checkout or on an invoice.
Payments, Billing and Taxes
You agree to pay all subscription fees, taxes and applicable charges associated with your selected plan, billing cycle and enabled services.
- Payments may be processed by Razorpay or similar third-party payment gateways, banks or payment service providers.
- GST, taxes, duties or government charges may apply according to Indian law and invoice details.
- Invoices, receipts, payment references and billing records may be issued electronically.
- Failed, delayed or disputed payments may result in account reminders, limited access, suspension or termination.
- Third-party fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, WhatsApp or SMS credits and provider charges are separate unless clearly included in your plan or invoice.
- Plan changes, upgrades, downgrades, add-ons or location changes may affect billing immediately or in a future billing cycle depending on the applicable checkout or invoice terms.
Business Responsibilities
Yepsta provides tools, but each business remains responsible for how it configures, publishes and uses those tools.
- Accuracy of business, customer, staff, product, service, pricing, discount, offer, location and contact information.
- GSTIN, tax configuration, invoice numbering, invoice content, accounting treatment and regulatory records.
- Appointment policies, cancellation rules, working hours, staff availability and customer commitments.
- Products, services, packages, memberships, vouchers, rewards and content listed on public websites, profiles or storefronts.
- WhatsApp, SMS, email and customer communications sent by or on behalf of the business.
- Lawful collection, notice, consent, storage, use and deletion of customer, staff and operational data.
- Staff access, user permissions, admin rights and internal account controls.
- Compliance with industry-specific rules, licenses, consumer protection laws, tax laws, employment practices, advertising rules and other obligations that apply to the business.
Customer-Facing Tools
Yepsta may generate or host public business profiles, storefronts, QR review pages, private feedback pages, appointment booking pages, WhatsApp order flows, customer portals or similar customer-facing tools based on information provided or configured by the business.
The business is responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of that content and for all customer interactions, orders, appointments, refunds, service delivery, product quality, review requests, messages and disputes arising from its use of those tools.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Yepsta, the website, the app, public pages, APIs, forms, communications or connected services.
- Do not use Yepsta for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized products, services or content.
- Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your business or publish inaccurate information intended to deceive customers.
- Do not send spam, abusive messages, unlawful promotions or communications without required consent.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, credential attacks, reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation or bypassing security controls.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
- Do not scrape, overload, interfere with, copy, resell or misuse Yepsta systems or data.
- Do not use Yepsta in a way that violates payment gateway, WhatsApp, SMS, email, hosting, maps, analytics or other third-party provider rules.
Third-Party Services
Yepsta may integrate with or rely on third-party providers for payments, WhatsApp, SMS, email, OTPs, cloud hosting, storage, maps, analytics, security, support, domains and other services. These services may be subject to separate terms, policies, usage limits, fees, outages, verification requirements or provider decisions outside Yepsta's direct control.
Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, add, remove, rename or update features, modules, workflows, pricing, plan limits and integrations over time. We may also perform maintenance, security updates, migrations or emergency fixes. Yepsta aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access.
Intellectual Property
The Yepsta name, brand, logo, website, software, product design, user interface, code, documentation, visual design, workflows, content and platform materials are owned by or licensed to SakuCreations India (OPC) Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Businesses retain ownership and responsibility for their own uploaded business data, customer data, business content, product details, service information, images and records. You grant Yepsta the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up and use that content to provide the platform and related services.
Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Yepsta, you agree that data may be processed as described there and as needed to provide the platform. Businesses remain responsible for lawful use of their own customer, staff, GST, billing and operational data.
Support
Yepsta may provide support through available product, email, contact, onboarding or help channels. Support availability, response times and support scope may vary by plan, workload, issue type, business priority and operational constraints unless a specific written commitment applies.
Suspension and Termination
Yepsta may suspend, restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, users, providers, the company or legal obligations.
- Non-payment, failed payment, chargeback or expired subscription.
- Misuse, abusive activity, spam, fraud, misrepresentation or security risk.
- Violation of these terms, third-party provider rules or applicable law.
- Legal, tax, regulatory, payment, hosting or provider risk.
- Unauthorized access, harmful content or conduct that may harm Yepsta, customers, providers or other businesses.
- Inactive, closed or abandoned accounts where continued processing is no longer appropriate.
After termination, data access, export, retention and deletion may be limited and subject to technical feasibility, subscription status, legal requirements, backups, dispute resolution and applicable policies.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yepsta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Yepsta is a business software platform and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, professional or compliance advice.
- Businesses should consult qualified professionals for GST, accounting, tax, legal, employment, industry licensing and compliance decisions.
- Yepsta does not guarantee business growth, search rankings, customer reviews, sales, leads, appointments, payment success, customer response or communication delivery.
- Third-party services, telecom networks, banks, payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, email providers, hosting providers and customer devices may affect service performance or delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law, Yepsta and SakuCreations India (OPC) Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, business interruption, customer disputes, tax consequences, communication failures or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by law and the nature of the service purchased.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Yepsta and SakuCreations India (OPC) Private Limited harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of Yepsta, unlawful content, customer disputes, GST or compliance errors, breach of these terms, violation of third-party rights, unauthorized communications, staff actions or business operations conducted through the platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law, unless a mandatory legal requirement provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, business practices or provider requirements. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised last updated date. Continued use of Yepsta after changes means you accept the updated terms.
