What is Yepsta Pay?+
Yepsta Pay connects Razorpay online payments with Yepsta invoices and business workflows. Create an invoice payment link, share it and keep the verified result connected to the invoice.
Can I connect an existing Razorpay account?+
Yes. An eligible business can connect an existing Razorpay account through the available secure connection flow or use the supported manual setup path.
Can I begin Razorpay onboarding through Yepsta?+
When provider-hosted onboarding is available for the business, Yepsta can start the Razorpay account setup journey. Razorpay controls eligibility, KYC, review and approval.
Can I collect a partial invoice payment?+
Yes. For an eligible invoice, the business can request the full outstanding balance or an exact supported partial amount. The remaining balance stays visible on the invoice after verified payment.
How can I share a payment link?+
An active payment link can be sent through supported email or WhatsApp notifications when those channels are ready, or copied for sharing through another customer conversation.
When does Yepsta mark an invoice as paid?+
Yepsta updates the invoice only after it verifies the Razorpay payment result. A full payment can mark the invoice paid; an accepted part-payment updates the paid and remaining amounts.
Does Yepsta process or hold the customer’s money?+
No. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay account approval, KYC, supported payment methods, fees and settlement timelines are governed by Razorpay.
Does Yepsta Pay automatically debit a card or bank account?+
No. The customer chooses to complete a payment through a shared Razorpay invoice payment link. The automatic step is Yepsta’s verification and invoice-status update after the supported payment result is confirmed.
