1. About Yepsta

Yepsta does not guarantee business growth, review volume, or specific outcomes.


2. Eligibility

To use Yepsta:

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).

  • If using Yepsta on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.


3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

When creating an account:

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive communications.

  • Violate WhatsApp, Google, or third-party platform policies.

  • Misrepresent business identity or impersonate others.

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

  • Harass, defame, or threaten individuals or businesses.

  • Manipulate reviews dishonestly or create fake reviews.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.


5. AI-Assisted Review Feature

Yepsta may provide AI-generated review suggestions to assist customers.

You acknowledge:

  • AI suggestions are drafts only.

  • Customers retain full control over publishing.

  • Yepsta does not automatically post reviews.

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Google or other platform guidelines.

Yepsta is not liable for how users utilize AI-generated content.


6. WhatsApp Messaging & Automation

If you use WhatsApp-related features:

  • You must comply with WhatsApp Business policies.

  • You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients.

  • You may not send unsolicited, misleading, or illegal communications.

  • Yepsta is not responsible for account bans imposed by WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to restrict messaging functionality if misuse is detected.


7. NFC Products & Physical Items

For NFC-enabled cards or stands:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates.

  • Physical products may vary slightly in appearance.

  • Lost or damaged products due to user negligence are not covered.

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.


8. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Prices may vary by region.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

  • All payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.


9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and technology are owned by Yepsta.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.

  • Use Yepsta trademarks without permission.

  • Resell or redistribute services without authorization.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Yepsta a limited license to host and display it for service delivery.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Business information posted on your profile

  • Reviews or content shared through your QR system

  • Messages sent via WhatsApp tools

  • Uploaded media and branding materials

Yepsta does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content.

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, or actions.


12. Data & Privacy

  • Compatibility with all devices


15. Limitation of Liability

Yepsta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Loss of data

  • Third-party platform penalties (e.g., Google or WhatsApp restrictions)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.


16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yepsta harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
