Thank you for shopping with Yepsta! We’re committed to ensuring that your experience with us is smooth and transparent — from ordering to delivery. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the shipment and delivery of both digital vCards and physical NFC cards purchased through our platform.


1. Scope

This policy applies to all products and services ordered from Yepsta.com and my.yepsta.com, including:

  • Digital vCards and Subscription Services (delivered electronically)

  • NFC Cards (physical product shipped to customer address)


2. Digital vCards and Online Services

Since all digital vCards, templates, and subscription-based features are delivered online, they do not require physical shipping.

  • Delivery Method: Once payment is confirmed, your digital vCard account is automatically activated and accessible from my.yepsta.com.

  • Delivery Time: Instant activation (typically within a few minutes after successful payment).

  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order and login details.

Note: If your digital vCard or account setup email does not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@yepsta.com.


3. NFC Card Shipping (Physical Product)

If you’ve ordered an NFC Smart Card (custom design), here’s how we process and deliver your order:

a. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment and design confirmation.

  • Customized designs (with logo or personalization) may take an additional 1–2 days for production approval.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation and a separate notification when your card is shipped.

b. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.

  • Domestic (India): 4–8 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like postal delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

c. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before completing the order.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated during checkout.

d. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be emailed to you.

  • You can also track your order under the My Orders section of your Yepsta account.


4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@yepsta.com with your order ID.
We’ll assist you in tracking the package and resolving the issue promptly.

Lost or Undelivered Orders:

  • If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will send a replacement NFC card at no additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


5. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


6. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

We take utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, if your NFC card arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we’ll send a replacement card at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not provided for damaged shipments, only replacements.


7. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery; these delays are outside our control.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Yepsta is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control such as:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier service disruptions.

  • Customs clearance delays or government restrictions.

We’ll do our best to communicate any known delays promptly.
