Promotional or bundled physical products
Digital subscriptions (e.g., Smart AI QR, WhatsApp automation, digital business cards) are not subject to shipping timelines.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
1–3 business days for standard items
3–7 business days for customized or branded products
Processing time includes:
Order verification
Customization approval (if applicable)
Printing/encoding of NFC chips
Quality checks
Packaging preparation
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Timelines

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Metro cities: 2–5 business days
🌍 International Shipping
7–21 business days depending on destination

Yepsta is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or government authorities.
4. Shipping Charges

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your product arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
Contact the courier first.
If unresolved, contact Yepsta within 3 days.
We will assist in investigating the issue.
Yepsta is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the courier unless proven otherwise.
9. Non-Deliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is:
Refused at delivery
Unclaimed
Returned due to address issues
The customer may be responsible for:
Return shipping charges
Re-shipping costs
Refunds, if applicable, may exclude shipping fees.
10. Free QR Stand (Bundled Plans)
For plans that include a complimentary QR stand:
Shipping timelines remain standard.
If the subscription is canceled early (where eligible), the cost of the physical item may be deducted from any refund.
Replacement requests follow the same damaged product policy.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
