At Yepsta, we aim to provide reliable digital tools and quality NFC products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription terminations are handled for all Yepsta Services.
By purchasing or subscribing to Yepsta, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscription Services (Digital Products)
This includes:
Digital Business Cards
Smart AI Review QR
WhatsApp Bulk Messaging & Automation
Analytics & Premium Features
A. Monthly Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
B. Half-Yearly & Yearly Plans
You may cancel auto-renewal anytime.
Refunds are generally not provided once the subscription is activated.
In exceptional cases (technical failure or duplicate charge), refunds may be reviewed at our discretion.
C. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
Services may be suspended.
Your data remains stored for a limited period.
Reactivation is possible upon successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility (Digital Services)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Incorrect billing due to technical error
Service was not accessible due to platform-wide outage (extended duration)
Payment made but account not activated
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
3. NFC Cards & Physical Products
This applies to:
NFC Business Cards
QR Poster Stands
Branded physical items
A. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase (if not yet processed).
Once production or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.
B. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic proof.
We will replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion.
C. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Minor cosmetic variations
Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
4. Promotional & Discounted Plans
Subscriptions purchased under:
Promotional offers
Limited-time discounts
Special campaign pricing
may be marked as non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Free QR Stand with 6-Month or Yearly Plans
If a subscription with a complimentary QR stand is canceled:
The cost of the physical product may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate suspension of your account
Restriction from future services
Recovery actions where applicable
We encourage users to contact support before initiating disputes.
7. Account Termination by Yepsta
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use:
No refunds will be provided.
Outstanding dues remain payable.
