Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Yepsta, we strive to deliver high-quality services and products that help you build your digital identity and grow your business. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements are offered. By using Yepsta’s Services, you agree to this policy.


1. General Principles

  • All purchases made on Yepsta are considered final, except as outlined in this policy.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase (subscription service vs. physical NFC card).

  • Processing fees or payment gateway charges (if any) may not be refundable.


2. Refunds for Digital Services (Subscriptions & Features)

Yepsta offers digital services such as: digital vCards, custom domains, WhatsApp stores, analytics, and premium features.

  • Non-refundable Services: Subscriptions, once activated, are non-refundable, whether used or unused.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the billing date. Refunds are not provided for automatic renewals.

  • Promotions/Discounts: Fees paid during promotions or discounts are also non-refundable.

  • Trial Periods: If we offer a trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.


3. Refunds for NFC Cards (Physical Products)

  • Cancellations before shipping: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective NFC card, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are not offered in this case; only replacement.

  • Wrong Order: If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Customer Mistakes: If incorrect details were provided during the order (e.g., wrong name, design approval errors), replacements/refunds are not available.


4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at hello@yepsta.com with your order details and reason for refund.

  2. Our support team will verify your request.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


5. Cancellations

  • Digital Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but will not refund the current cycle.

  • NFC Card Orders: Cancellation is possible only before shipment (see Section 3).


6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • Services were fully delivered (e.g., active subscription features).

  • Delay or failure is due to issues outside our control (internet outages, third-party integrations).

  • Customer fails to provide necessary information for order fulfillment.

  • Unauthorized use of your account resulted in purchases (you are responsible for account security).
