2. Yepsta Services

Yepsta provides:

• Digital vCards with customizable templates.

• NFC cards for one-tap profile sharing.

• WhatsApp-enabled stores for product and service showcases.

• Appointment booking, analytics, galleries, testimonials, and more.

• Custom domains and subdomains for branding.

We may improve, add, or remove features over time. Some features may require a paid plan.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Yepsta, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information for your profile, vCard, and store.

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.

• Use Yepsta only for lawful purposes and not engage in fraud, spam, or prohibited content.

• Comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Yepsta account.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not use Yepsta to create or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.

• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

• Containing malware, phishing links, or harmful code.

• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.

• Obscene, hateful, or promoting violence.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some Yepsta features are free; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (e.g., NFC cards).

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Yepsta does not store full payment details.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

• Yepsta and its logo, brand, software, and design elements are the property of Yepsta Technologies.

• Users retain ownership of content they upload (e.g., photos, text, logos) but grant Yepsta a license to host, display, and share it as part of providing Services.

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify Yepsta’s code, features, or trademarks without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Yepsta integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, analytics tools).

• We are not responsible for their services, policies, or outages.

• Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Termination

• You may delete your Yepsta account at any time.

• Yepsta may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

• Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately, but obligations related to payment, intellectual property, and liability will survive.

9. Disclaimers

• Yepsta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Yepsta is not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or damages caused by downtime or errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Yepsta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yepsta and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
